Hi, I’m Trish Bardwell, owner and operator of My Second Home Services. Born and raised here, I now live in Santa Rosa Beach with my husband, TK, and our children, Teagan and Dalton (our oldest, Erin, is grown and gone!).
Inspired by TK’s parents, Duke and Rebecca Bardwell — who pioneered these services in the Destin to West Panama City Beach area until retiring in 2023 — we relaunched as a new business with enhancements like a client portal and flexible home management plans.
Above all, this business is built on trust and integrity. Our goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing you have a reliable, single point of contact for all your second home needs. We look forward to serving you!
